  • FREE meeting registrations: One (1) FREE individual meeting registrations are included with the purchase of a single booth.
  • Two (2) FREE individual meeting registrations are included with the purchase of a double booth. Registration materials will mail March 2009.
  • FREE listing on the APS Annual Meeting website with a link to your homepage.
  • FREE listing in the June Preconvention issue of Phytopathology News if exhibit balance is paid by April 15, 2010.
  • FREE listing in the onsite Program Book if exhibit balance is paid by May 14, 2010.
