​​​Not Receiving APS Emails?​​

​​Here are troubleshooting steps to take if you are not receiving our emails​:​

  1. Login​ to our website​ to ensure your current email address ​is listed​ in your account​ profile

  2. Check your spam, junk, clutter and quarantine folders in your email account. If you locate the email from us, mark the sender as "safe" so they go to your inbox in the future.
  3. If your email is being sent to a work address, ensure it is not being blocked by your company's spam filter. Try adding "" and "" to your list of trusted senders/whitelist. If that doesn't work, talk to your system administrator to see if APS domains​ are being blocked and find out if they can help. Domains used by our emails include:
