If you have already booked your flight on American, Delta, US Air, or United Airlines, please call your chosen carriers reservations number to re-book your ticket. Notify the agent that the meeting you were scheduled to attend in Nashville has been moved to Charlotte due to the flooding of the meeting venue (Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center) in Nashville. Ticketing fees and change fees will be waived on a case-by-case basis.
