To apply for an APS Foundation grant or scholarship, complete the below form and submit a single PDF containing all required application materials. Refer to the fund description for a complete list of requirements. Sponsors may use the Letter of Recommendation Form to submit letters on behalf of applicants. Only APS members in good standing may apply for funding. (Books for the World applicants are exempt from this requirement)
