To apply for an APS Foundation award, complete the below form and submit a single PDF containing all required application materials. Refer to the award description for a complete list of requirements. Sponsors may use the Letter of Recommendation Form to submit letters on behalf of award applicants. Only APS members in good standing may apply for an award. (Books for the World applicants are exempt from this requirement)
