How can I receive information on the annual meeting?The APS Meeting website provides information on the current meeting and includes an area to sign up for meeting updates. If I subscribe to an online journal, how do I access it?When your subscription information has been processed, you will receive an e-mail inviting you to APS Journals Online. To access your online subscription, you will need to sign in on the APS Journals home page with your login name and password. If you have forgotten your login or password, please access the “Forgotten your password?” tool on the login screen at http://apsjournals.apsnet.org. If you would like to receive e-mail notification when a new issue has been posted, you may sign up for Table of Contents alerts in “My Profile.”
Do I get a discount if I purchase books?Yes, members receive a 10% discount on all book purchases.
How do I access the bookstore?The APS PRESS bookstore is located on APSnet under APS Store.
Does APS provide a hardcopy of the membership directory?No, but APS provides an online directory that offers the most up-to-date information available. You can perform simple to complex searches. Additionally, you can update your own contact information and demographics by logging in and making changes there. The directory works with our database so changes are instantaneous.
How do I find a colleague who specializes in a specific area? The APS online membership directory Advanced Search function enables members to search for colleagues by name, location, commodity, and area of expertise. You can even search on multiple criteria.

I'm looking for recent research on a specific subject, what's the best way to find it? APS journal articles are available online from the 1997 volumes forward to current issues. You have the option of searching abstracts from any combination of APS journals through the APSnet search capabilities, where you can choose to search only the APS Journals.
