Protective ClauseAdvertiser and or advertising agency assumes all liability for content (including but not limited to, text, illustration, representation, trademarks, labels, or other copyrighted matter) of advertisements printed, digitally displayed, or unauthorized.
Commission and Payment TermsA 15% commission paid to agencies may apply on non-partnership print advertising rates if invoiced, and paid within 30 days of the invoice date. All digital advertising must be paid ten days before digital ad is publicized on the web. All discounted and/or partnership advertising is to be paid 30 days of the invoice date.
