APS Membership Matters

"I care about APS Foundation because they first cared about me. If I could talk to my younger self, I would tell her volunteer to work for the foundation. The APS Foundation booth at the annual meeting is the best place to be. Where else can a first-year student sit down with the president of the society, a leading author, or the top person in your field and talk for 2 hours about your science or career tips? If you donate time, you get so much more back."
