Abstracts must be submitted online (see instructions below). The $45 fee applies for your submission(s) if you would like your abstract published and will be collected when you register for the meeting. We encourage students to participate in the competition - please check the box "This paper is for the student competition" in the online submission form. 3) Click Submit button
4) Enter presentation type, title and abstract
5) Add presenter and author information
6) You will receive an e-mail notification that your abstract has been submitted.
