The hotel is pleased to confirm the following 2021 guest room rates:
Single/Double Occupancy: $209.00
Triple Occupancy: $239.00
Quad Occupancy: $269.00
HOTEL FEE
Room rates will be subject to a non-commissionable daily hotel fee of $10 per room night at the time of check in. This fee will cover several amenities, which at this time include:
High speed internet access in guestrooms and public areas of the hotel, Two bottles of water, coffee and tea replenished daily, Use of the business center, English newspaper available upon request, Use fitness center open 24/7, Use of towels and chase lounge at the swimming pool, Free local calls, Toll free calls access.
Covered amenities are subject to change. Group shall disclose the hotel fee to its attendees.
A mandatory $6.00 round trip bellman gratuity and a housekeeping gratuity of $1.00 per person, per day will apply.
GENERAL RATE INFORMATION
All rates shown are subject to the appropriate state, local, and any occupancy taxes in effect at the time of Group’s meeting. An 11% Government Tax and a flat $10 hotel fee will apply to all rates.
GROUP RATES
Group rates will be offered 3 days prior to and 3 days following the dates of the Room Block, based on availability. Such rooms shall be commissionable to ConferenceDirect and credited toward Group’s final guestroom pick-up, earned complimentary units and any attrition damages owed by Group.
CUT-OFF DATE
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Monday, February 8, 2021 (the “Cut-off date”). At the Cut-off date, Hotel will review the reservation pickup for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether it can accept reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the Group’s rate or prevailing hotel rates after this date. Three (3) business days prior to the cut-off date of February 8, Hotel will review the possibility of extending the cutoff date another week to Monday, February 15, 2021.
