Hotel Information
The meeting will be held at the Sugar Bay Resort and Spa in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands.
The room rate is $159 (US) per night for single or double occupancy. Rates are subject to a 10% tax, a $20 resort fee, and a $3.00 housekeeping fee. Discounted rates are available until June 6, 2014. Room reservation fees will be refunded for persons canceling at least 7 days before the date of arrival.

Abstract deadline has been extended again through Wednesday, May 7, 2014 (this will be the final call!
You are invited to submit abstracts for the 2014 Caribbean Division Meeting. If you would like your abstract published through APS, a $55 fee is required and payment must be remitted to APS Headquarters by calling 1.651.454.7250. We encourage graduate students to participate in the competition – please check the box “This paper is for the student paper competition” on the online submission form. Graduate students are expected to submit oral presentations only. Below are the instructions for accessing the abstract submission form.
1) Go to the ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM
2) Enter Username and Password (contact APS Headquarters toll free at 1.651.454.7250 if you have forgotten it or need assistance)
3) Click Submit button
4) Enter presentation type, title and abstract
5) Add presenter and author information
6) You will receive an e-mail notification that your abstract has been submitted.
