Oral and Poster Presenter Registration Deadline
Every presenter of an oral presentation or poster abstract MUST register by
June 1, 2020 or the abstract will be withdrawn from the meeting.
Guest registration is not required. However, attendees wishing to bring guests to the Welcome Reception and/or Closing Celebration Night event must provide their Guest's full name and purchase tickets in advance during the registration process. Limited quantities will be available for purchase onsite.
Guests must have a name badge and ticket to attend ticketed functions. Guests do not have access to the scientific sessions, posters, or exhibit hall.
Co-workers and business associates are not considered guests and must pay registration fees.
Meeting cancellations MUST be made in writing and received no later than
July 3, 2020. Cancellations received by this date are subject to a $75 processing fee; any guest tickets purchased will be fully refunded. Registration and ticketed event cancellations received after
July 3, 2020, are NOT subject to a refund. APS reserves the right to cancel the meeting if a sufficient number of registrations are not received by
July 3, 2020. If APS cancels this meeting, your registration fee will be refunded in full. In the event APS cancels this meeting, APS is not liable for nonrefundable airfares or ticket change penalties imposed by the airlines. By registering for this meeting, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms and conditions.
