Housing Reservations Now Open
All Plant Health 2019 activities will take place at the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland, OH.
The Opening General Session will kick-off on Sunday, August 4 at 10:00 a.m. The Closing Session will be held on Wednesday, August 7, from 10:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Hotel Reservations
Destination Cleveland is providing hotel reservation services for Plant Health 2019. To receive the discounted APS rates, all reservations must be made
online; please do not contact the hotels directly.
Plant Health 2019 rates are available until July 8, 2019, or until rooms sell out, whichever comes first. Please make your reservations early for the best rates and room availability. Any questions related to hotel reservations may be sent to
housing@destinationcle.org.
Hotel Rewards Programs: If you are a member of the Hilton Honors rewards program or the Drury Gold Key rewards program, you may include your membership number when making reservations to earn rewards points during your stay.
Hotel Reservation Modifications and Cancellations
MODIFICATIONS: All reservation changes can be made on the housing website by
clicking here, or by emailing
housing@destinationcle.org
prior to July 8, 2019. Please contact the individual hotel directly for modifications requested
after July 12, 2019.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be submitted no later than
July 8, 2019 to avoid a cancellation penalty of $10 per reservation. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a one night's room and tax cancellation fee.
A kind note about calling the hotel "just to be sure"
Please do not call your hotel "to be sure" until
after July 17, 2019. Please understand that processing your reservations from the Destination Cleveland Housing Bureau into the Hotel Reservations system will take a few days. Rest assured that if you have received an acknowledgment number already from the Housing Bureau, the hotel will honor your booking. Thank you for your consideration.

There are three hotels holding the Plant Health 2019 group rate. Booking a room at a contracted hotel under the official Plant Health 2019 room block benefits you and supports APS. When you “book within the block,” you help keep the meeting registration fees lower, you help secure future meeting sites, and you enable APS to provide important features that participants have come to enjoy. Please book responsibly.
Warning Regarding Unauthorized Contacts Offering to Book Your Hotel (e.g., Exhibitor Services, Global Housing Corp.)
Please book your hotel only through the official APS housing link above. DO NOT book through outside agents claiming to represent APS or Plant Health 2019. There are NO third-party companies authorized by APS to book your hotel accommodations for you. These companies may be offering hotel rates that are above/below the APS-discounted rates published above. No one can book hotel rooms at rates lower than APS-contracted rates over Plant Health 2019 dates at APS-designated hotels.
These organizations may ask for full payment up front. Please also be advised that once you sign any agreements (i.e., credit card authorization forms), APS cannot guarantee that a room will be available to you.
