This year you will benefit from an interactive workshop focused on managing and leading change. You will learn approaches to develop resilience and develop the strategies you need to stay focused and effective in times of change and uncertainty. This year’s workshop features an expert facilitator in this core leadership area, Sherry Harsch-Porter, PhD, President of PorterBay Insight. The workshop fee, substantially supported by APS Council and Monsanto, includes an individual work style assessment, workshop materials, coffee breaks and lunch with a networking opportunity.
