Well, this idea seems to be sending people scurrying in the other direction. Is that you don't want to provide comments to the public record using this structure? Haven't gotten around to it?
Should we be thinking of another way to
accept comments for official inclusion in the USDA public hearing program?

Taylor--right on. If they are really
interested in getting public comments, maybe APS should help them
by offering this format.. It has been outstanding for this
discussion--and more public it "could not get!" I am a
little concerned that we might be in that "yee olde mode of
don't confuse me with the facts."

William, we are asking USDA now whether
this format might be acceptable to their collection of public
commentary. Since this framework is a "first," it is
something new for them to think about, so of course it may take
some time for them to see how this fits.
