LATE BLIGHT Simulation Software

(for Windows)

LATE BLIGHT simulation software version 3.1 is a plant disease management game developed by W. E. Fry, M. G. Milgroom, M. A. Doster, J. A. Bruhn, and R. I. Bruck at Cornell University. The simulation was developed for teaching purposes. The model closely follows the life cycle of Phytophthora infestans in relation to environmental and management variables. Gain an awareness of the difficulty faced by potato farmers in managing this disease.
