USDA issues Interim Rule on interstate movement of nursery stock

The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has issued an Interim Rule which amends its regulations to establish restrictions on the interstate movement of nursery stock from nurseries in nonquarantined areas in California, Oregon, and Washington. The interim rule took effect on February 27, 2007 upon which public comments are due to APHIS by April 30, 2007.
