EPA announces receipt of two Pesticide Tolerance Petitions

EPA announces the receipt of two Pesticide Tolerance Petitions filed by BioProdex, Inc. of Gainesville, Florida requesting that the Agency establish an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the microbial herbicide in or on all food commodities and all grass and grass hay for Tobacco Mild Green Mosaic Tobamovirus (TMGMV), a Microbial Herbicide - Comments are due to EPA by August 7, 2006.
