Deadline extended for comments on nursery stock regulations.

The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service extends the deadline to March 31, 2006 for receipt of public comments on the proposed rule making amendments to the nursery stock regulations, including changes to eliminate various restrictions on importation of some plants, requiring an additional declaration on phytosanitary certificate for others, changes in the phytosanitary certificate, and to update the list of ports of entry and Federal plant inspection stations.
