USDA APHIS seeks public comments on the paperwork and regulatory burdens associated with the extension of an existing Information Collection Request, titled "Phytosanitary Export Certification." APHIS will use the information collected to locate shipments, guide inspection, and issue a certificate to meet the requirements of the importing country. Ltd. of the Czech Republic Fungicide and Plant Growth Stimulant containing Pythium oligandrum DV 74.
