EPA to Publish a Final Rule on Paecilomyces lilacinus strain 251

The EPA will publish a Final Rule on Paecilomyces lilacinus strain 251, a Prophyta Biologischer Pflanzenschutz GmbH, Germany Biological Fungus Nematacide, establishing an exemption from the requirement for the fungus in or on food commodities when applied or used in accordance with label directions.
