APHIS Issues an Interim Rule Amending Karnal Bunt Regulations

The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service issues an Interim Rule which took effect on March 28, 2005, upon which public comments are sought until May 27, 2005 that amends the Karnal bunt regulations to make changes to the list of areas or fields regulated because of Karnal bunt, a fungal disease of wheat.
