APHIS Seeks Comments on Phytosanitary Export Certification; USDA Agricultural Marketing Service Plant Variety Protection Office Fee Proposal; EPA Seeks Comments on EBDC Fungicides

The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service seeks public comments by March 15, 2005 on the paperwork and regulatory burdens associated with the extension of an existing Information Collection Request, titled "Phytosanitary Export Certification" regarding plants and plant products from the United States are free of plant pests specified by the receiving country. http://a257.g.akamaitech.net/7/257/2422/01jan20051800/edocket.access.gpo.gov/2005/05-802.htm

The USDA Agricultural Marketing Service Plant Variety Protection Office proposes supplemental fees covering a variety of administrative services that are not currently charged by the program.
