The USDA Animal Plant and Health Inspection Service seeks public comments within 30 days of December 28 on the paperwork and regulatory burdens associated with the extension of an existing Information Collection Request, titled "Update of the Nursery Stock Regulations." The information APHIS collects serves as the supporting documentation needed to issue required PPQ forms and documents that allow importation of nursery stock.
