The EPA has issued a final rule which revokes "...
all tolerances for residues of the insecticides allethrin and bendiocarb, plant
growth regulator fenridazon potassium, herbicide molinate, and biological
pesticide Burkholderia cepacia effective September 29 with hearing requests and

The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announces the adoption of a
