The EPA has issued a final rule which revokes "... all tolerances for residues of the insecticides allethrin and bendiocarb, plant growth regulator fenridazon potassium, herbicide molinate, and biological pesticide Burkholderia cepacia effective September 29 with hearing requests and objections due to EPA by November 29, 2004. The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announces the adoption of a "... final rule, without change, an [May 12, 2004] interim rule that amended the regulations to make changes to the list of areas regulated because of Karnal bunt, a fungal disease of wheat.
