Subject: EPA Seeks Comments on Regulations of Emergency Use of Unregistered Pesticides

The EPA proposes several revisions to its regulations governing emergency exemptions that allow unregistered uses of pesticides to address emergency pest conditions for a limited time that includes certain repeat exemptions through a simple re-certification and re-defining significant economic loss for documenting the loss.
