Subject: APHIS Seeks Comments on a Karnal bunt regulations

APHIS is amending the Karnal bunt regulations to make changes to the list of areas regulated because of Karnal bunt to remove certain areas in Arizona and Texas from the list of regulated areas. This interim rule was effective May 12, 2004 and comments received on or before July 16, 2004 will be considered. Complete information can be found at:
