The USDA APHIS has received a
petition seeking a determination of non-regulated status for creeping bentgrass, which has been genetically engineered for
tolerance to the herbicide glyphosate. APHIS is
soliciting comments on whether this creeping bentgrass

In
addition, the APHIS has issued an interim rule that amends Karnal
