The OIP is a global initiative designed to
promote greater worldwide interaction among scientists and practitioners
of plant pathology. OIP seeks to provide continuity and coordination of
APS international activities, to promote collaboration among plant
pathologists and scientists of all nationalities, to facilitate teaching,
research, and extension with the aim of increasing agricultural production
through improved plant health, especially in developing countries.
OIP Programs The OIP reaches out globally through several programs:
OIP Resources In an effort to provide greater worldwide interaction among scientists and practitioners, OIP serves as a clearinghouse of resources for international scientists.
