This year, we will be celebrating the 75th anniversary of the APS Potomac Division! The meeting will be held at the Atlantic Sands Hotel and Convention Center in Rehoboth Beach, DE from March 20-22, 2019. We will begin the meeting Wednesday afternoon with a field trip to the Dogfish Head Brewery followed by the Industry/Extension Session and Careers 101 Workshop. We will have a special symposium dedicated to the history of the division and the high impact plant pathology research that has come out of this division. The other research symposia will focus on contributions of early career members and hot topics in plant health research. Our Plenary Speaker is APS President Dr. Kira Bowen from Auburn University. The graduate student presentation competition will highlight the excellent work being performed by student members of the division, and the poster session will include a competition for best undergraduate research. We have also reserved space for a limited number of contributed papers for those who would like to present their research.
