Note: For this year's annual meeting, we have reserved time for a limited number of 10-20 min contributed talks by attendees on Thursday morning, March 15, and Friday morning, March 16. If you would like to contribute a presentation please e-mail Boris Vinatzer mailto:vinatzer@vt.edu a title and/or brief description by Friday, January 20, 2012.
You are invited to submit abstracts for the 2012 Potomac Division Meeting. Abstracts must be submitted online (see instructions below). The $50 fee applies for your submission(s) if you would like your abstract published and will be collected when you register for the meeting. We encourage students to participate in the competition - please check the box "This paper is for the student paper competition" in the online submission form. Below are the instructions for submitting your abstract:
1) Go to: http://abstracts.apsnet.org 2) Enter Username and Password (call APS Headquarters toll free at 1-800-481-2698 if you have forgotten it or need assistance)3) Click Submit/Edit/Review Abstract4) Click on APS Potomac Division 2012 Meeting5) Scroll to the top of the page and start with entering the contributor information (also verify that your name and ID number appear at the top in bold)
