• For pick-up we do not take advanced reservations. Guests are asked to call 916-326-5000 when they land and we will dispatch the shuttle to come pick them up (White van w/ Embassy Suites Logo on the side).• Return trips to the airport usually leave on the hour and can be scheduled with the front desk.• Please note that the hotel shuttle is subject to availability. Guests are encouraged to be flexible with their times and plan ahead. The hotel does not take advanced shuttle reservations for pick-up at the airport due to flight delays, lost luggage, etc. Again we encourage guests to call the hotel immediately upon landing in Sacramento to help minimize wait times. The hotel operator will inform guests of approximate ETA of the shuttle.

The deadline was May 25, 2012.You are invited to submit abstracts for the 2012 Pacific Division Meeting. Abstracts must be submitted online (see instructions below) between April 1 and May 25. Each submission has a $45 fee which applies to abstract publication costs; the fee will be collected when you register for the meeting.
Students are encouraged to attend the meeting, and graduate students to participate in the oral competition - please check the box "This paper is for the student paper competition" on the online submission form. Below are the instructions for submitting your abstract:
