APS Potomac 2004 Meeting

Our 2004 meeting was held April 6 and 7, at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center in Shepherdstown, WV.
Some news from the meeting:
- Jay Norelli was elected Vice-President. Tom Evans was elected Division Councilor. List of current officers
- Student Paper Competition:
- First place was won by Zola Msiska, West Virginia University
- Second place was shared by Anne DeMarsay, Rutgers University, and Megan Dewdney, Cornell University
- Honorable Mention went to Jean-Pierre Marelli, Pennsylvania State University
- There were no applicants for the Memorial Fund Student Travel Award
- Division's Distinguished Service Award went to Anton Baudoin
- The proposed amendment to the Division's Constitution and Standing Rules passed. Updated html version or pdf version of Constitution and Standing Rules
- Final, corrected program.
