41st Annual Meeting of the
American Phytopathological Society -
Caribbean Division
(APS-CD)

June 11 - 15, 2001.
The U.S. Department of the Treasury has granted under proper authority a
license which authorizes transactions incidental to travel to, within and
from Cuba, as are directly related to attending the 41st Annual Meeting of
the Caribbean Division of the American Phytopathological Society (APS-CD)
to be held in Varadero, Matanzas, Cuba from June 11 - 15, 2001.
This license, License No. CU - 67226, only authorizes
transactions pursuant to section 515.560 of the Cuban Assets Control
Regulations (the “Regulations”), and consistent with section 515.564
(b) of the Regulations. It is a condition of this license that activities
in Cuba fully conform professional meeting activities; the license only
authorizes travel-related transactions in connection with full-time
professional meeting activities in Cuba and does not authorize
transactions related to non-authorized commercial or tourism
activities.
