Mission Statement

Note: Effective September 17, 2012, the Genetics Committee name change was approved and is now the Evolutionary Genetics and Genomics Committee. The committee strives to promote research and education in a broad array of plant pathology subdisciplines involving genetics. The inclusive nature of the committee's efforts is indicated by our membership with expertise in evolutionary and population genetics, breeding applications, molecular genetics, and genomics.
