These committee meetings are open to any ICPP attendee!
Submit your annual report online (Due August 20)1) Make sure you are logged in to APSnet2) Go to http://www.apsnet.org/members/apsleadership/_layouts/apsforms/commreports.aspx3) Choose your committee name from the drop down box4) Enter name of person submitting report5) Follow each prompt for information required.6) For your committee roster, NEW members can complete the form at https://www.apsnet.org/_layouts/apsforms/comminvite.aspx. For renewing members, only include the full name and position they will be serving on the committee (ie. Vice-chair, Member) - that's all that's needed!6) Click submit
The data from your annual report will automatically be entered into a vast database of information for action steps to be taken and referenced in the future. This data is currently not available for all membership to see, but may be migrated to open access at a later date. Also, your committee roster will be updated with new officers, members and renewing members.
Committee Rosters and Collaboration SitesTo print a current committee roster:1) Go to: http://www.apsnet.org/members/apsleadership/comm/Pages/default.aspx2) Find your committee name under General Policy or Subject Matter Committees3) Click on the hyperlinked name of your committee4) Scroll down until you see the Committee Officers heading. If your committee has a collaboration site (committee name would appear on left side navigation once you are logged in), you can obtain a current roster of your committee members by following these instructions:1) Login into APSnet2) Go to Members/APS Leadership/General Policy Committees3) Click on the name of your committee on left side navigation4) Under links, click Committee Roster.5) Click the Export to Excel to obtain an e-mail list.
