The 2011 Field Crops Rust Symposium will be held December 14 - 16 at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter, San Antonio, Texas, U.S.A. Below is information to help you plan your arrival at the meeting.
The Registration Desk, located on the 2nd Level of the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter, will be open the following hours:
Wednesday, December 14, 6:00 - 8:30 p.m.
Thursday, December 15, 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Friday, December 16, 7:30 - 9:00 a.m.
Registrants should bring a copy of their receipt/confirmation receipt to the onsite registration desk.
Payment is due with registration. Cancellations must be made in writing and received no later than November 15, 2011. Cancellations received by this date are subject to a $35 processing fee. Cancellations after November 15, 2011, are not subject to a refund. APS reserves the right to cancel this symposium and, if so, will fully refund the registration fee. APS is not liable for any refunds associated with travel or other expenses. By registering for this symposium, you agree to the cancellation and refund policies and conditions.
