Take A Walk Sessions

Take a break from the traditional meeting room and experience these scientific sessions under the blue California sky. Held Tuesday and Wednesday morning, Take a Walk sessions will take place at the beautiful Pasadena Huntington Gardens.  Pre-registration is required, transportation is provided. Attendance is limited.

The Huntington Gardens includes 12 separate gardens and 15,000 plant varieties located across 120 acres. It includes the Desert, Japanese and Rose gardens and a wide range of other sub-tropical gardens. The Huntington Garden also has a Conservatory for Botanical Science that allows visitors to explore botanical research.

Plant Diversity and Movement in Southern California

Fee: $15
An outdoor scientific session taking place at the beautiful Huntington Gardens in Pasadena, this session features procedures on how new plant species are introduced in the Garden and the plant diversity movement in Southern California.
