Due to program and publishing deadlines, withdrawal of an abstract after April 1, 2011, cannot be considered. Abstracts may be withdrawn during the submission period by using the link provided in the ‘Confirmation E-mail’ sent to each Presenter once the abstract has been submitted. Click the ‘Withdraw your Abstract’ option under the Options & Help/Abstract Details page.
After the open submission deadline, abstracts may be withdrawn only by written notification using one of the following means of communication

Notification to APS Headquarters must include the abstract title, submitter's first and last name, and e-mail address. All withdrawn notifications will be acknowledged by APS.
