Exhibitor Prospectus
Three societies, one big opportunity

Make a lasting impression. Exhibit at the 2001 joint meeting of the APS, MSA, and SON.

Are you looking for ways to connect with your customers?

Identify your customers
Getting to know and interact with these plant health professionals is the main reason to participate in the 2001 Joint Meeting. The added benefit to exhibitors is the expanded audience represented by the combined meetings of three societies. They are plant specialists working in areas of plant health management, all with their own special focus.

The American Phytopathological Society is an international organization dedicated to the study and control of plant disease. APS offers a mix of professionals specializing in plant disease.

The Mycological Society of America is an international organization dedicated to advancing the study of fungi, including mushrooms, truffles, yeasts, lichens, plant pathogens, and medically important fungi. Their interests cover the entire range of scientific disciplines in such general categories as ecology-pathology, systematic-evolution, genetics-molecular biology, and physiology.

The Society of Nematologists, is an international organization that advances the science of nematology in both its fundamental and economic aspects. Its 675 members come from more than 60 countries worldwide.

The Audience — 1600+ professionals expected to attend

Meet your customers in person
APS, MSA, and SON invite you to exhibit at their joint meeting in Salt Lake City, August 25 to 29, to meet your customers and prospects. There is nothing like making a lasting impression in person. The joint meeting is where connections are made and attendees can learn about your products and services. Simply, there is no substitute for face-to-face communication.

Invite your customers
Increase traffic at your booth by sending a personal invitation. Placing an ad in the Program Book is an excellent way to invite attendees to learn about your company. The Program Book provides a place for introductions and another reinforcement of your sales message. Advance Registration mailing labels are also available for your own direct mail promotion.
