For NBY agar add:
Agar
15 g
Add after autoclaving
20% glucose
25 ml
1 M MgSO4
1 ml
SOC Medium (10)
Per liter add:
Bacto-tryptone
20 g
Bacto-yeast extract
5 g
NaCl
0.5 g
250 mM KCl
10 ml
Distilled H2O
970 ml
Adjust the pH to 7.0 with 5 N NaOH
~0.2 ml
Add after autoclaving
1 M MgCl2
5 ml
1 M glucose
25 ml
