All registrations MUST be paid at time of online registration.
We recommend you register to attend the meeting, then come back to add any additional event tickets.
Once you have registered and paid, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from info@themultisoftgroup.com. Check both your regular and junk e-mail files incase the e-mail is delivered there.
A link is included to go back and edit contact details or add event items and pay.
Any cancellations need to be done by APS.

Ex**Exhibitors Registration instructions; the Exhibitor Contact will receive a special e-mail to provide their staff the link to register complimentary with the exhibit package purchase. All other paid Exhibitor registrations can register online using the link above.

Single booth order includes (1) complementary individual registrations for meeting.
Double booth order includes (2) complementary individual registrations for meeting.
Additional Exhibitor Registration is $395.

SAVE—Meeting Plus Membership

If you are not a member of APS, there has never been a better time to join! A special “Meeting Plus Membership” option is being offered on the registration form which provides a significant discount on the registration fee compared to nonmember rates. The Meeting Plus Membership Option is valid for individuals who have never been members of APS, or whose membership has lapsed for more than 12 months. A follow-up e-mail will be sent to those who join through this option regarding journal options and other membership selections. Simply select the “Meeting Plus Membership” registration rate and join today!

Guests

Guests do not pay for registration. However, guests wishing to attend any of the receptions or luncheons must purchase a ticket. Guests do not have access to the sessions. Co-workers and business associates are not considered guests and need to pay registration fees.

Cancellations/Refund Policy

Meeting cancellations MUST be made in writing and received by APS headquarters no later than July 1, 2010. Cancellations received by this date are subject to a $75 processing fee; ticketed events will be fully refunded. Ticketed events and meeting registration cancellations received after July 1, 2010, are not subject to a refund.
